    Any of you who actually googled how to be punk, you are retarded. This guy is a troll. The sarcasm in the website should be enough for you people to realise that all he is trying to say is that if you have to follow rules to know which rules to break and which to follow then you are obviously a poser. The fact that some of you even take offence to some this is really hilarious. If you are offended by this does that mean you are following the rules of what he wanted but then got annoyed because you found it on some stupid website. This thing about what is punk and what it not is stupid. Trying to be punk and then saying dont put a label on me is hypocritical and it is an oxymoron. If you truly were punk you wouldnt give a fuck what to wear and what not to wear what tolike and what not to like and where to buy your clothes. Do something that you like not because you wanna fit a stereotype that you think is cool. To be punk is to respect everyone and do what you want because ypu feel like it. There is bothing wrong with buying stuff from hot topic. The only reason people dont buy stuff from hot topic is that because its ridiculously expensive and diy is fun because you can do whatever the fuck you want. God damn you people are stupid.     @gnome Not sure where you live, but check out www.surfingvancouverisland.com/surf/tricktips/. This guy is Canadian and pretty good.

    Around where I live (san fran) it's either ocean beach or pacifica. definitely less selection than when i lived in santa cruz. better than no surf though.
